Once the order is placed, we do our best to process it quickly. If you wish to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately it will not be possible to change it.

What to do if a product is defective or damaged upon delivery?

We are committed to providing you with products in perfect condition. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a return or exchange as soon as possible.
